Product Overview

The D942 series electric double eccentric butterfly valve combines the proven double-offset cam-lift disc design with a reliable motor-operated electric actuator, delivering precision remote flow control for large-scale industrial pipelines. Like the D342 worm gear and D642 pneumatic variants in the same family, the disc moves away from the seat immediately upon opening, minimizing friction, extending seal life, and allowing field-replaceable seats without removing the valve body from the pipeline. The addition of an electric actuator makes D942 the ideal choice for automated process control, SCADA integration, and applications requiring precise modulation or on-off cycling over long distances.

Built to GB/T 12238 standards with a flanged RF connection per GB/T 17241, the D942 supports short-body and long-body face-to-face dimensions to match different installation requirements. Six field-selectable seat materials cover the widest temperature and chemical spectrum of any double eccentric butterfly valve in the Gaoshan lineup — from cryogenic PTFE at −268 °C to high-temperature silicone at 250 °C. Body materials include ductile iron (Q), cast carbon steel (C), alloy steel, and stainless steel to satisfy diverse project specifications.
